For this part of the tutorial you will need: Paint Shop Pro Plugins DSB Flux -> Linear Transmission There are 2 parts to this tutorial. Part 1 - Making Your Mask Part 2 - Making The Tag This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of your psp program and working with layers, although I aim to make it clear enough for everyone. Remember to save often. You can use this arrow to help you keep your place =) Open a new canvas 500 x 500 pixels; 72ppi; transparent background. Flood fill your canvas with black Layers -> Add New Raster Layer Activate your selection marquee tool Then click on 'custom selection' (marked by the pink square), settings as shown Flood fill the selection with white Selections -> Select None (Ctrl:D) Effects -> Plugins -> DSB Flux -> Linear Transmission -> settings as shown Repeat effect, but change horizontal to vertical Adjust -> Blur -> Motion Blur -> settings as shown File -> Export -> JPEG Optimiser -> settings as shown -> save to your masks folder If you are not sure where that is see these tutorials HERE and HERE On to Part 2 - Making The Tag Return To Tut Index
