This was written in psp 8 but should work in any version.
For this tutorial you will need:

Paint Shop Pro

Plugins
Redfield -> Craquelure 3D (Freeware)

Supplies
created by Kia

Image and Font of your choice



This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of your psp program and working with layers.

Remember to save often.

You can use this arrow to help you keep your place =)


Open a new canvas 500 x 500 pixels; 72ppi; transparent background.



Flood fill your canvas with white.
Rename this layer 'background'.
open your chosen image.
Hit Shift:D to copy.
close original.



Image -> Resize -> lock aspect ratio:UNcheck; resize all layers:check; height:500 px; width250px; smartsize.



Copy -> paste as new layer onto your canvas.
Move to left side of canvas.
Duplicate.
Image -> Mirror.
Layers -> Merge -> Merge down.
Rename this layer 'shape fill'.
Back on the image hit undo.
Back to your canvas.



Set foreground to dark color from tube.
I used #7A1766.
Set background to null.



Select your 'preset shape' tool and select the 'flora_back' shape.
Settings as shown.



Draw out your shape to fit your canvas.
Objects -> Align -> Center in canvas.
Convert to raster layer.
Rename this layer as 'shape'.



Use your 'magic wand' tool to click inside the shape.
Selections -> Modify -> Expand -> 2px.
Make 'shape fill' the active layer.
Selections -> Invert (Ctrl:Shift:I).
Hit delete on the keyboard.
Selections -> Select None.
Make 'shape' the active layer.
Layers -> Merge -> Merge Down.
Rename this layer as 'shape'.



Change opacity to 60%.
Duplicate.
Adjust -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur -> 25.
Effects -> Plugins -> Redfield -> Craquelure 3D -> as shown.



Change opacity to 75%.
Image -> Picture Frame -> as shown.



Image -> Canvas Size -> 500 x 500 px -> Center.






Back to your image.
Image -> Resize -> lock aspect ratio:check; resize all layers:check;
height:375 px (width will change by itself); smartsize.



Image -> Add Borders -> symmetric; 2px; dark color from tube.



Copy -> paste as new layer onto your canvas (above 'picture frame').
Position as desired - refer to my tag for reference.

Duplicate.
Image -> Resize -> lock aspect ratio:check; resize all layers:UNcheck;
height:75% (width will change by itself); smartsize.
Position as desired.

Duplicate.
Image -> Resize -> lock aspect ratio:check; resize all layers:UNcheck;
height:75% (width will change by itself); smartsize.
Position as desired.

Add a drop shadow to each.
I used V=0; H=0; O=88; B=10; color=#4E0A40.
I chose to add a couple of Butterfly Doodles that I purchased from Digi Scrapkits



Now is a good time to apply the copyright information, your license number, watermark, etc.
The copy right symbol is created by holding alt and pressing 0169 on the number pad.
I use pixelette set at size 6, stroke and anti alias off.
For the name I used Pad Thai size 72; Foreground = #7A1766; Background = off; stroke 3
Then applied Eye Candy 4000 -> gradient glow.
