My PSP FilesThis tutorial was written by, and is copyright to, Kia ~ 9th September 2007.Please refer to my TOU Assuming that you have not changed the default location of your "My PSP Files" folder, it will be located in "My Documents". My Computer | - - - C:/ | - - - Documents and Settings | - - - Username | - - - My Documents | - - - My PSP Files You can, of course, have your "My PSP Files" anywhere you like, so long as you tell PSP where to look. See tutorial HERE. Masks Folder This is where you will find the masks that come with PSP. Any masks you save to this location will be available to you via Layers -> Load/Save Mask -> Load Mask From Disk. Masks can be in .jpg or .msk format. Presets Folder These are the presets for the standard PSP effects - such as 'drop shadow' or 'inner bevel'. Any time you save a preset, PSP will save it to this folder. You can also add presets that you download, or receive in tutorials, to this folder, just simply copy and paste them. You use the presets by selecting the "presets" button when you are applying an effect. Selections Folder This is where selections that are saved to disk get saved. You can create and save them yourself, or you might get them with a tutorial. You access these selections from PSP by clicking: Selections -> Load/Save Selection -> Load From Disk -> Choose required selection and click OK Return To Tut Index | ||
